Job Details Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, and the development of internal control policies and procedures.
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
- Support month‑end and year‑end close process.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Work closely with project managers and senior leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role in the construction industry.
- Proven experience supervising accounting staff and managing diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction accounting software and advanced proficiency in general office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
