Framework Ventures is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to oversee quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. You will build automated dashboards for financial metrics, coordinate with auditors, and support IPO preparations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA certification, and extensive experience in SEC reporting, particularly in a cryptocurrency or fintech environment.

Salary range is $135,000 - $150,000.
