Our Albuquerque, NM office is hiring a Client Service Associate. This role serves as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA). You will work with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation. This role is a critical position within our office, responsible for driving the team culture by delivering exceptional service and support to clients, external partners, and internal advisors.
This individual should bring a foundation of basic financial knowledge, have keen attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
After successful completion of training, this role will transition to a hybrid schedule, with an expectation of three days per week in the office and two days working remotely.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position: $42,500.00 to $50,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. - 4-year college degree preferred
- 2+ years' experience within financial services, specifically wealth management firms is required
- Superior verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
- Ability and interest to learn financial concepts and products
- Ability to work as a team member with deadlines, be flexible under pressure and prioritize work
