Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

• Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to our clients, helping them to understand their financial position and make informed decisions about their budgets and financial planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial plans that support our clients' strategic goals.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare clear and concise financial reports, presenting complex financial information in an understandable manner.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Provide training and support to clients in budget preparation and financial management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our clients' financial practices remain compliant and effective.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA designation is a plus.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Budget Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and empathy.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A commitment to ethical financial practices and adherence to industry regulations and standards.
