Senior Financial Analyst

Onsite, Albuquerque, NM

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week

July 2026 through January 2027

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $36-$65/hr, DOE and based on other qualifications of the successful candidate.

We’re looking for an analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, systems, and business performance initiatives. This role partners with finance teams across the organization to deliver actionable insights, improve reporting tools, and support strategic decision‑making.

• Prepare and analyze recurring and ad hoc financial reports.
• Support financial planning, reporting, and data analysis initiatives.
• Improve financial systems, reporting tools, and processes.
• Evaluate and prioritize system enhancement requests.
• Partner with finance teams to troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
• Deliver accurate analysis under tight deadlines.

• Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• SAP Accounting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
