Member Experience Specialist I

Kirtland Federal Credit Union seeks a Part-Time Member Experience Specialist I to deliver exceptional, member-first service in our Albuquerque branch. In this role, you will greet and assist members, process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers with accuracy, and uphold strict security and compliance standards. You will answer account questions, resolve basic issues, and educate members on products, services, and digital banking tools that support their financial well-being.
