Mortgage Loan Officer

Kirtland Federal Credit Union seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer to help members finance homes with confidence. In this member-first role, you'll build and manage a pipeline of mortgage applications, from initial consult through closing. You'll analyze credit, income, and collateral, ensure compliance with lending regulations, and recommend appropriate mortgage products. Partnering with underwriting, processing, and closing teams, you'll deliver accurate, timely decisions while educating borrowers.

You'll also build community and realtor relationships, uphold service and integrity standards, and support members' long-term financial well-being.
