Member Experience Specialist

Kirtland Federal Credit Union seeks a Part Time Member Experience Specialist to deliver friendly, accurate service to our military, government, and community members. In this role, you will process deposits, withdrawals, and payments; open and maintain accounts; and assist members with digital banking and everyday financial needs. You'll identify appropriate products, educate members on financial options, and resolve issues with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person and by phone, delivering professional, friendly service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other daily transactions accurately.
• Open, update, and maintain member accounts and related documentation in core systems.
• Educate members on products, services, and digital banking tools to support financial well-being.
• Identify member needs and make appropriate product or service recommendations.
• Resolve member questions and problems, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Follow security, compliance, and regulatory procedures for all transactions.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies at the end of shifts.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry to support audits and reporting.
• Participate in training and team meetings to support continuous improvement and growth.
