Director of Finance
Optimum Human + Southwest Women's Oncology | Albuquerque, New Mexico
Why This Role MattersFinancial clarity is not a back-office function. It is how leadership makes decisions, how growth gets funded, how risk gets managed, and how mission stays sustainable.
Across a multi-entity platform that spans gynecologic oncology, infusion services, performance medicine, and a growing portfolio of clinical and wellness programs, the financial infrastructure needs to be as strong and forward-looking as the clinical work it supports.
The Director of Finance will serve as a strategic financial partner to executive leadership - combining rigorous financial discipline with the business intuition to translate numbers into decisions, and structure into growth. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in complexity, builds clarity where others see ambiguity, and holds themselves to the same standard they set for the organization.
We hire for attitude and aptitude above all else. Credentials matter, but who you are and how you grow matter more.
Southwest Women's Oncology (SWWO) is New Mexico's leading gynecologic oncology practice, delivering advanced cancer care with skill, courage, and compassion.
Optimum Human and Optimum Infusion extend that mission into performance medicine, infusion services, longevity, recovery, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapies, hyperbaric medicine, aesthetics, and human performance.
Together, we operate as a single integrated platform committed to one mission:
To deliver new possibilities in medical care, human performance, and health by uniting passion, knowledge, and skill.
The OpportunityThe Director of Finance is responsible for the full financial function across Optimum and SWWO - from day‑to‑day accounting operations through long‑term capital planning, revenue cycle oversight, compliance, and organizational risk management.

- Clinical and administrative leaders on revenue cycle performance, reimbursement, and payer mix
- The accounting and finance team as a hands‑on leader, mentor, and standard‑setter
- Banking, audit, tax, and legal partners on financing, compliance, and regulatory reporting
Your financial leadership will directly shape how this organization grows, what it can pursue, and how sustainably it operates.
