Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Control Analyst to support a major program. This position will work closely with the Program Control Manager, Program Manager, Control Account Managers, and scheduling team to provide hands-on EVM, financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Control Analyst to support a major program. This position will work closely with the Program Control Manager, Program Manager, Control Account Managers, and scheduling team to provide hands-on EVM, financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable independently analyzing complex program data, identifying issues, and working with the program team to develop solutions.
Position Responsibilities- Perform monthly EVM analysis, including cost and schedule performance, variance explanations, and trend identification.
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, Estimates to Complete, and Estimates at Completion.
- Support Integrated Baseline Reviews, baseline changes, and EVMS surveillance activities.
- Prepare and validate IPMDAR and other customer-required program-performance deliverables.
- Partner with Control Account Managers to review performance, update forecasts, and develop corrective-action plans.
- Reconcile actual costs, commitments, staffing plans, and schedule data across program systems.
- Analyze revenue, margin, cash flow, funding, backlog, and program profitability.
- Support monthly close, forecast updates, and internal management reporting.
- Identify emerging cost, schedule, and financial risks and communicate them clearly to program leadership.
- Develop executive-level reporting and presentations explaining program results, risks, and outlook.
- Help improve program-control processes, reporting accuracy, and EVM compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field.
- Strong program control or program finance experience in government contracting, aerospace, or defense.
- Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management and working knowledge of EIA-748 guidelines.
- Experience with variance analysis, baseline control, forecasting, and EAC development.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with financial and program-management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced program environment.
- Experience supporting a large defense development or production program.
- Experience preparing or reviewing IPMDAR submissions.
- Experience supporting an Integrated Baseline Review or EVMS surveillance review.
- Experience with Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Unanet, or similar systems.
- Active security clearance; however, a clearance is not required for consideration.
- Ability to work in an office environment (Constant)
- Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)

The Salary Range For This Role Is$126,500 - $192,750
