We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, forecasting, general ledger activities, and overall business analysis. This position will work closely with internal teams to analyze financial and business trends, prepare reports, review financial data, and provide recommendations that support the company’s financial performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is comfortable working with financial data and reporting, and can effectively communicate financial information to managers and other stakeholders.

• Prepare financial forecasts and analyze trends related to sales, finance, and general business conditions.
• Analyze financial information and provide recommendations to help improve the company’s financial position.
• Prepare and compile data for journal entries.
• Review general ledger accounts and related financial statements for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Gather, organize, and analyze financial information used in the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, reports, and taxes.
• Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and potential financial issues through data analysis.
• Collect and evaluate data, establish facts, and draw appropriate conclusions.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and other financial documentation.
• Communicate financial information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Follow established company financial procedures, policies, and internal controls.
• Comply with company safety, health, and security policies.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Previous experience in financial analysis, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, general ledger accounting, and journal entries preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret financial and business data.
• Strong mathematical skills, including percentages, ratios, rates, and basic financial calculations.
• Ability to create and interpret financial reports, spreadsheets, and graphs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information to managers and other stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
