Qualifications- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and Experience
- Associates degree in human resources management, public administration, business administration or related field
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in public sector human resources administration, public administration, or business administration, involving strict and continuous attention to detail in recordkeeping.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license and be insurable by City’s vehicle insurance provider.
Direct experience in human resources required.
Excellent benefit package includes PERA retirement (City pays 75% of contributions), affordable health (City pays 75% of premiums), dental, vision, disability insurance, City provides $50k life insurance. Generous vacation, sick leave, and holiday leave. Flexible work schedule may be considered.
