SpeechLanguage Pathologist
Job Duties
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Conduct screenings and monitor student performance to adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
- Provide staff and parent training to promote speech and language development
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid New Mexico licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) preferred;
Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered - Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, FERPA, and other applicable education laws
- Fingerprinting and background clearance as required by New Mexico school districts
