• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
• Conduct screenings and monitor student performance to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
• Provide staff and parent training to promote speech and language development

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid New Mexico licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) preferred;
  Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, FERPA, and other applicable education laws
• Fingerprinting and background clearance as required by New Mexico school districts
