- Based Behavioral Health Clinician
Provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy to high school students during the school day. addresses emotional, behavioral, and social challenges including early trauma, substance use, and family stress that impact students’ academic achievement and overall wellbeing.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students, including crisis intervention. Conduct intake assessments, diagnoses, and treatment/service plans for referred students. Develop and implement evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions.
Other Information/Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or School Counseling. Valid New Mexico independent clinical license (LPCC or LCSW) working toward independent licensure with supervision. Ability to obtain a NM Public Education Department license as a School Counselor, School Social Worker, or School Behavioral Health Counselor within 60 days of hire. 2–3 years’ experience providing direct counseling or social work services to adolescents and families.
