RN Sourcing Recruiter at Presbyterian Healthcare Services — Presbyterian is hiring an RN for our Cardiac Vascular Unit. This progressive care unit is a step-down unit in the Heart and Vascular program dedicated to the care of patients recovering from vascular/cardiac surgeries. Our 22 bed unit is a telemetry acuity unit focused on patient and staff well-being.

Base pay range$37.80/hr - $51.00/hr
Maximum offer for this position is up to USD $51.00/Hr. Compensation may vary based on experience and internal equity.
Responsibilities- Provide RN coverage on a Cardiac Vascular Telemetry unit, contributing to high-quality patient care.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and apply Cardiac and Vascular nursing knowledge in a progressive care setting.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Support staff well-being and adherence to unit standards.
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
