We are is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time, on-site position in Los Lunas, NM. In this role, you will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing emotional support.

• Strong foundation in Social Work and Medical Social Work practices
• Proficiency in Case Management, including resource coordination and advocacy
• Experience and knowledge in Mental Health and Behavioral Health interventions
• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse populations
• Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
• Dedication to maintaining ethical and professional standards
• Experience in trauma-informed care is a plus
• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
