- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist - Required
- Proof of current CPR certification - Required
- Current driver's license - Required
- Reliable transportation and insurance - Required
- Two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
- Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Perform clinical assessments to identify patient needs and appropriateness for care.
- Document and complete the Plan of Care (POC), progress notes, and other clinical records regularly.
- Assess and address patients' functional mobility and safety related to their daily activities.
- Evaluate patient performance in self-care, work, leisure, and rest, along with the environmental factors affecting it.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals regarding patient care and progress.
- Implement infection control measures and maintain a safe care environment.
