** Exciting Opportunity for Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse!** *
* Job Description:
** - Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced Labor and Delivery unit.
- Work the Night
Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) with the option of 36 or 48 hours per week.
- Experience the support of a well-resourced environment with:
- Patient Ratios: 1:2 during Days, Nights, and Weekends - 15 private rooms, providing comfort and privacy to patients - Engage in a variety of clinical responsibilities, including:
- Triage of obstetrical patients - Conducting sterile vaginal exams - Utilizing External Fetal Monitoring (EFM) - Maintaining central lines (CVC / PICC) - Collaborate in high-stakes situations:
- Assist with high-risk deliveries and vaginal deliveries - Circulate for C-sections and recover C-section patients
- Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience (not including new graduate orientation) - Required
Certifications:
- ACLS - AWHONN Intermediate - BLS - NRP - Preferred
Skills:
- AWHONN Advanced certification
- Experience with anticoagulation therapy, antihypertensives, insulin drips - Weekend Shift Requirements: 4-6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks - Benefits:
