Treetop ABA is expanding into Albuquerque — and we’re looking for an enthusiastic BCBA to help us build something amazing. This is your chance to join a supportive, collaborative team while enjoying the perfect balance of in-clinic interaction and remote flexibility.

You’ll spend three days each week working hands-on with children and families in our new clinic and two days focusing on planning, documentation, and collaboration from home.

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and track meaningful progress
• Supervise, train, and collaborate with RBTs
• Partner closely with families to support consistency and growth
• Balance in-person client work with remote planning and coordination
