We are seeking compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologists to provide in‑home, patient‑centered care.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare teams, and educate patients and families.
- Monitor progress and support patients in improving communication, safety, and daily functioning.
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and necessary documentation, including OASIS assessments.
- Participate in clinical meetings and assist physicians with patient assessments.
Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, NM licensure, clinical practicum, and preferred 2+ years of experience.
Compensation & Benefits:$90,000–$125,000/year, with benefits including 401(k), insurance options, flexible schedule, license reimbursement, paid time off, and more.
Schedule & Work Environment:Day shift, Monday–Friday, primarily on the road.
