Executive Director - Assisted Living and Memory Care

The Administrator sets the tone for the Community and upholds the standards of excellence regarding resident care and satisfaction, employee relations, and key performance indicators. The Administrator oversees day-to-day operations in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. The Administrator also supervises all leadership positions within the Community and is responsible for their performance and for proper communication with the corporate office.

Primary Responsibilities:

• · Oversee daily operations
• · Ensure compliance with New Mexico assisted living regulations
• · Maintain survey readiness and manage plans of correction
• · Lead and mentor department heads and staff
• · Drive occupancy growth and financial performance
• · Manage risk, investigations, and regulatory relationships
• · Oversee marketing and community relations
• · Direct the performance of all team members in the Community, ensuring policies and procedures are established, documented, and implemented
