Job Details Responsibilities- Providing clinical assistance by performing routine tasks such as taking vitals, preparing patients for examinations, administering medication under the direction of a physician, and maintaining patient records.
- Assisting in the management of patient care, including scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and coordinating patient referrals.
- Supporting the finance team by maintaining and updating financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with budget preparation.
- Collaborating with the finance team to understand healthcare costs and contribute to financial planning and cost management.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on best practices in both the healthcare and finance industries.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for management, including financial reports and health outcomes data.
- A certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited institution.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, healthcare professionals, and finance team members.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
