Field Reimbursement Specialist

• Coordinate the authorization process with hospital personnel, payer representatives, and reimbursement operations
• Provide education on Life Vest benefits and processes to hospital and payer case managers
• Maintain customer profile data on managed care contacts within the assigned geography
• Support reimbursement‑focused activities for field sales and educate hospital case management on best practices
• Serve as a point of contact for field sales during the reimbursement process

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Completion of a Registered Nursing Program or equivalent clinical background
• Experience in Case Management or Resource Utilization preferred
• Required cardiology clinical acumen
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to navigate the internet and payer websites

• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• Knowledge of reimbursement processes and managed care systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with patient education and advocacy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
