Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support daily living activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
• Assist with medical procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
• Utilize performance metrics to track personal and team success.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Support patients with mobility and physical activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification and current CPR certification.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Team player with a focus on individual accountability and success.
• Experience in providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.
• Adaptability in a results-oriented environment with measurable performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills to assist in care plan implementation.
