Job Overview

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining COTA licensure in the state of New Mexico to work in the specialty area of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Long‑Term Care (LTC).

This is a contract, days position. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Apply occupational therapy procedures and interventions in a SNF/LTC setting under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist.

• 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) specializing in SNF/LTC.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice.
