Caregiver, Home Care, Direct Support Professional​/ Direct Care

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients, whether they are seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring hospice care. Your commitment to patient care will help foster a nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity.

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well‑being.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring adherence to prescribed routines.
• Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Experience in home community care or similar settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of patient care techniques, particularly for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
• Familiarity with working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to provide hospice care and support for end‑of‑life needs is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid or relevant caregiving training is advantageous but not mandatory.
