• Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP process and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive therapy environment

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite to a diverse student population
• Complete assessments, develop intervention plans, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Maintain detailed documentation on student progress and communication services
