• 4 x 10s fixed schedule -- some nights and weekends; 7 on 7 off open
• 13 - 20 patients per provider, plus new admits and consults
• Inpatient hospital setting
• Adult neurosurgery -- inpatient only
• EVD placement, shunt taps, lumbar drains, LPs required
• H&Ps, admission orders, daily rounds, pre/post-op management
