Physical Therapist needed for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The start date is 10/05/2026 and the assignment runs for 14 weeks. • Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans for residents
• Implement rehabilitation protocols to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Reassess progress regularly and modify plans to optimize outcomes
• Document patient status accurately and communicate findings with the interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe home exercise programs and daily activity strategies

• Current Physical Therapist license in good standing to practice in the United States
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or geriatric rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong documentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to participate in a 14-week travel assignment and meet guaranteed hours
