Physical Therapist needed for a travel assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations for residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and functional independence
• Provide therapy programs including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, transfers, and activities of daily living training
• Reassess resident progress regularly and update documentation and care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, OT, SLP) and communicate with residents and families to support discharge planning and goals
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and facility policies; maintain accurate records and timely charting

• Active physical therapy license to practice in the United States (state requirements to be met)
• Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility environment
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
• Availability for a 13-week assignment with guaranteed hours

• Dedicated assignment support from a recruiter and ongoing assignment coordination
• Travel and scheduling assistance throughout the contract
• 13-week travel contract with guaranteed weekly hours
