Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology for Johnson & Johnson's Immunology division, focusing on developing scientific relationships and supporting healthcare professionals in the South Texas, New Mexico, and Louisiana regions.
Responsibilities- establish and execute a territory-specific scientific engagement plan
- foster relationships with key opinion leaders
- facilitate high-quality scientific exchange
- support investigator-initiated studies
- deliver tailored scientific data
- Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
- Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or advanced practice provider) with postgraduate experience in clinical or therapeutic areas
- strong scientific knowledge
- proficiency in data analysis, clinical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration
- ability to travel up to 70% within the territory
- Preferred: 2+ years in an MSL role, therapeutic area experience, residency/fellowship, board certification, and location in a major metro area like Houston
focus on immunology and rheumatology, scientific exchange, investigator support, and compliance in a regulated environment.
Work Setupinvolves regional travel across the specified US territories.
