Summary of
Job Functions:
- Staff schedule will be 8:00am- 5:00pm
- Staff will:
- Work directly with the Individuals throughout the day
- Working on ISP specific goals
- Encouraging Individual to participate in activities and/or ISP specific goals
- Assisting with medications daily
- Assisting with Personal Care for all individuals who are in need
- Lifting
- Changing
- Sanitizing personal care room
- Completing daily Progress Notes and Goal Tracking on THERAP
- Completing any Health and/or Therapy tracking when applicable
- Completing the shift duty checklist daily as assi gned
- Attend all Stand up and Stand Down meetings, Therapy Trainings and DDSD state trainings when scheduled
- Work directly with the Individuals throughout the day
