Foster Care LMSW

Provide high-quality individual and family therapy services across diverse clinical settings using evidence-based practices.

Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans.

Perform critical risk assessments and deliver immediate crisis intervention services as needed.

Partner with multidisciplinary teams, community organizations, and external agencies to ensure seamless continuity and quality of care.

Facilitate collaborative, client-centered team processes to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation in strict compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
