What's your day like?As a General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and lead a team of dedicated staff members. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, implementing strategic plans, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize efficiency and address any guest or employee concerns promptly.

Are you the General Manager we're looking for?To excel as a General Manager, candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality leadership. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, including the ability to demonstrate care, compassion, and respect towards guests and team members. Candidates should be capable of managing the physical demands of the position, such as standing for extended periods and moving throughout the hotel.
Proficiency in various hospitality software and tools is required to effectively oversee operations and analyze performance metrics.
