Greet guests warmly on arrival and throughout their stay; provide a friendly arrival and departure experience;
Conduct check-in and check-out efficiently and contact guests after check-in to ensure satisfaction;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates and promotions;
Receive and note incoming mail as part of daily shift duties;
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area and assist with guest requests as needed
