As a Bell Attendant you will
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with luggage handling and storage
- Provide information about the hotel and local area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby entrance
- Support front desk and guest service operations as needed
We are seeking team members who are
- Friendly and guest focused with strong communication skills
- Reliable and able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Energetic and able to stay active throughout the shift
- Professional respectful and team oriented
- Responsible and safety focused
- Preferred
- Previous guest service experience
- This is a physically active role candidates must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequently lift carry push or pull luggage up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting
- Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain stamina and focus throughout the shift
