Home2 Suites by Hilton Albuquerque/Downtown-University is seeking a friendly front desk associate to join our team. You will greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
You will post charges accurately, manage cash, and maintain knowledge of hotel rates and promotions. A strong working knowledge of front office systems and reservations is essential, including handling same-day bookings and cancellations.
