The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily property operations to ensure strong occupancy, excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and overall property appearance. This role supervises on-site employees, enforces company standards, and ensures guests receive a clean, safe, and positive stay experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management or hospitality operations, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to manage guest relations, employee performance, property maintenance coordination, collections, and daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise property sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, product, revenue, and employees.
  • Recruit, hire, and train front desk associates, housekeepers, security, and maintenance.
  • Enforce all company standards.
  • Assist in marketing efforts while maintaining property quality standards.
  • Verify available rooms and monitor employee productivity and daily reports.
  • Verify room cleanliness and readiness for occupancy.
  • Schedule necessary maintenance on the exterior of the property and within guest units.
  • Ensure rent and past due balances are collected, including applicable late fees.
  • Supervise site employees including scheduling, discipline, timecards, training, and task assignments.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and timely completion of work orders.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legally authorized to work within State and Federal guidelines.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
  • Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Constant face-to-face interaction with customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.
  • Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, on-call availability, and possible travel.
  • Compliance with brand and company uniform and hygiene policies.
