Assistant General Manager

We’re looking for a GM-ready Assistant General Manager who is ready to take on more than day-to-day hotel operations.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who has built a strong foundation in full-service hospitality and is ready for the next stage of their career. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, lead across multiple operational departments, and gain meaningful exposure to the strategic, financial, and people decisions that drive an entire hotel.

We’re not simply looking for someone to support the GM. We’re looking for someone we can develop into a future General Manager.

In addition to hands-on development with the General Manager, this role will receive high-level mentorship and leadership exposure from the Vice President of Operations and President of Heritage Hotels & Resorts. This is an opportunity to learn directly from senior leaders who are shaping the strategy, growth, and future of our organization.

• Lead across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Housekeeping, Facilities, and Guest Experience
• Partner directly with the GM on operational strategy, financial performance, labor planning, and property priorities
• Coach and develop department leaders while building a culture of accountability and exceptional hospitality
• Analyze guest satisfaction, financial, labor, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Serve as a key decision-maker and assume full property leadership in the GM’s absence
• Receive the exposure, mentorship, and hands‑on leadership experience needed to prepare for a future GM opportunity

A hospitality leader with 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in a full-service hotel who understands that becoming a great GM requires more than being an excellent operator.

You should be comfortable leading leaders, understanding the numbers, making decisions, navigating complex guest and operational challenges, and thinking beyond your individual department.

Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality and leadership across multiple operational areas is strongly preferred.
