What You Will Do

As a Director of Food and Beverage, you will:

  • Lead all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, catering, and culinary departments
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and team members across food and beverage operations
  • Monitor financial performance, labor costs, food costs, and departmental budgets
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and health department requirements
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop menus, promotions, and guest experiences
  • Analyze operational performance and implement improvements to maximize profitability
  • Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners
  • Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and cost control initiatives
  • Support banquet and catering operations to ensure successful event execution
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Director of Food and Beverage, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, Food and Beverage Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Experience managing restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations within a hotel environment
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and beverage operations
  • Experience with hotel property management and point-of-sale systems preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred
Physical Requirements and Essential Job Functions

This position requires a combination of administrative and operational responsibilities. Candidates must be able to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the property
  • Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds
  • Travel between restaurants, kitchens, banquet spaces, bars, and meeting areas
  • Respond to operational needs during evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required
  • Maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced hospitality environment
