Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Sanitation:
Vacuuming hallways/public areas, cleaning restrooms, washing walls, and polishing furniture. - Support & Logistics:
Collecting soiled linen from housekeeping carts and delivering fresh linens to guest floor closets. - Guest Service:
Delivering guest requests (e.g., extra pillows, blankets) and assisting with luggage if needed.
- Physical Stamina:
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. - Attention to Detail:
Ensuring all public spaces and rooms meet high cleanliness standards. - Communication:
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with guests and staff. - Flexibility:
Working shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred
