LHS has 613 licensed beds.

Ardent Health Services owns and operates Lovelace Health System. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Ardent Health Services includes 30 hospitals and more than 200 sites of care.

Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Provider Recruitment team as a Provider Recruiter
. The Provider Recruiter will work a Hybrid schedule and will need to be local to the Albuquerque, NM area.

The Provider Recruiter plays a key role in supporting company growth by supporting the Director of Provider Recruitment in the talent acquisition of physicians and advanced practice practitioners throughout the country. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment implementing successful talent acquisition strategies rooted in inclusion and diversity in collaboration with business leaders. The Recruiter plays a role as an individual contributor in recruitment.

Responsibilities

Working from requisitions, policies and instructions, responsible for ensuring sufficient numbers of qualified employees are available to staff company operations. Maintains records and prepares and submits required reports regarding employment related activities, applicants and applicant flow. May have responsibility for publishing and maintaining the organization’s Affirmative Action Plan.

Relationships
  • Business partner to hiring managers and responsible for achieving annual recruitment goals.
  • Create and maintain relationships with executives and other stakeholders collaborating regularly on recruitment needs.
  • Manage requisition requests. Collaborating with hiring managers on understanding the requests for adding and back filling positions as well as helping with job description creation.
Recruitment
  • Interviewing candidates over the telephone, virtually, and/or in person.
  • Recruit for designated positions based on team bandwidth, level of position, and executive impact.
  • Manage requisition load handling full cycle recruitment responsibilities.
Partnerships
  • Collaborate with compensation on candidate package requests.
  • Communicate with stakeholders operations on onboarding new hires, terminations, internal transfers, etc.
  • Work with leadership on maintenance and enhancements of ATS.
  • Communicate with the budget team to ensure budget alignment with recruiting initiatives.
Strategy
  • Continually improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Leverages recruiting analytics to assess and improve the current strategy to ensure a world-class practice; take a data-driven approach to decision-making that will support a culture of continuous improvement in processes and efficiencies
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting physician and advanced practice practitioner positions preferred
  • AAPPR (Association for Advancing Physician & Provider Recruitment) Certification preferred

Travel Requirement:

  • 10% or less

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of compliance of recruiting standards and practices including but not limited to immigration status, EEO, OFCCP, job postings, etc.
  • Willingness to own decisions, operate with discipline and rigor with a competitive drive to be the best.
  • Ability to operate as a subject matter expert on recruiting with a consultative style.
  • Ability to execute plans – both strategy and project related.
  • Ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple-concurrent projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity.
