** The
** Senior Manager, Human Resources
** provides strategic leadership and direction for the Human Resources function, overseeing and advancing all core HR operations including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, learning and development, and HR strategy execution. This role partners closely with executive and senior leadership to align human capital strategies with business objectives and to support current and future organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities
*** Partners with executive and senior leadership to develop, implement, and execute the organization’s human capital and talent strategy, including workforce planning, recruiting, retention, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
* Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers on complex, sensitive, and high-impact human resources matters, including employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, performance management, accommodations, and terminations.
* Provides leadership, coaching, and development to HR team members; sets priorities, delegates responsibilities, and ensures high standards of service delivery across HR functions.
* Oversees and directs the talent acquisition strategy and process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of managerial, exempt, and professional roles; partners with leaders to define competencies and talent needs.
* Leads compensation and benefits strategy by analyzing market trends, conducting benchmarking, and recommending competitive base pay, incentive, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
* Designs and oversees learning, leadership development, and employee development initiatives that build internal capability and support succession planning.
* Oversees employee relations processes including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring consistency, fairness, and legal compliance.
* Ensures organizational compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; reviews, updates, and enforces HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Maintains current knowledge of HR trends, regulatory changes, employment law developments, and emerging HR technologies; recommends and leads improvements to HR processes and systems.
* Collaborates cross-functionally to support culture, engagement, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
* Minimum of
** 8–10 years
** of progressive human resources experience, including people leadership and strategic HR responsibility.
* Professional certification such as
** SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
** strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated experience with employment law compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits strategy, and talent management.
* Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and workplace safety practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and operate with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/talent management systems, or the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
