We're partnering with a $2B+ organization with approximately 15,000 employees, searching for a visionary leader to reimagine how they attract, engage, and onboard top talent across their enterprise.
This isn't your typical TA role. They're looking for a seasoned executive with 20+ years of talent acquisition experience who can:
- Transform recruitment into a strategic growth engine
- Build pipeline programs that connect them with emerging talent
- Harness AI and automation to work smarter, not harder
- Turn data into actionable insights that drive decision-making
- Create experiences that make candidates excited to join—and stay
You'll lead and inspire a team of senior team members

This role is full-time, onsite and relocation provided.
