Talent Manager
Role Summary
As a Talent Strategist, you’ll partner with hiring managers to attract, select, and hire top talent that aligns with our values and drives future growth. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, communicate our employee value proposition, and build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies. This role is key to strengthening our workforce and supporting organizational expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership through exceptional service and collaboration.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Leverage referrals from employees and industry contacts to expand talent networks.
- Lead college recruiting initiatives, including career fairs and campus events (travel required in February and September).
- Conduct job intake meetings to define role requirements and expectations.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and market opportunities to candidates.
- Manage candidate assessments, references, interviews, and compliance checks to ensure cultural and role fit.
- Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process for an exceptional candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews and present top candidates to hiring managers.
- Continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Train hiring managers on recruiting best practices, EEO compliance, and behavioral interviewing.
- Maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies for specialized hiring needs.
- Partner with HR for compliance reporting and recruitment metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Self‑directed, organized, and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
- PHR or similar certification.
- Full‑cycle recruiting experience across multiple locations.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer regularly.
- Travel by air and car for career fairs and recruiting events.
- Occasional lifting of materials (up to 25 lbs).
