HR Manager - Regional Transit District

• Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including Job posting, interviews, offers and Onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Handle employee relations, workplace concerns disciplinary matters and conflict resolutions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Oversee performance management, employee evaluations, and development program
• Coordinate employee training, orientation and professional development
• Manage compensation, benefits, leave and attendance program
• Partner with management on workforce planning and organizational development
• Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant HR metrics and documentation
• Support payroll and benefits administration as needed
• Stay current on employment laws, regulations and HR best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in human Recourses, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experiences preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
