Other Information/Requirements:

BA degree in HR, Bus. Admin., Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Psychology, or similar field preferred & 3 years of HR Generalistexperience.
HSD or GED certificate required and 5 years of HR Generalistexperience.
Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered to meet the qualifications for role
SHRM-CP, PHR certification required
Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred
Active/valid driver’s license required
