Requirements
- Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility; may need to agree to and complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph – Over 10 years of related experience within the Department of Defense
- At least 4 years of experience in a SAP/SCI environment, with recent involvement in the last five years
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting with a diverse team focused on shared goals
- Capable of advising senior leadership to help guarantee mission success
- Proficient in simplifying complex information for better understanding
- Proactive in preventing issues rather than just responding to them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong attention to detail
- Robust critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Act as a pivotal member of our cybersecurity team by implementing IT security measures to protect system data and resources
- Lead essential operations pertaining to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for Department of Defense (DoD) Information Systems
- Oversee the approval and maintenance processes, ensuring compliance through continuous monitoring and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with Certified Defense Contractors and manage communication with Security Control Assessors (SCA) and Authorizing Official Designated Representatives (AODR)
- Maintain organizational networks, manage user accounts, conduct system audits, and perform vulnerability scans
- Provide crucial cybersecurity insights and support to both civilian and military personnel, as well as senior leadership
- Participate actively in government inspections and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
