IT Specialist – Systems & Networking

Must have

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
• At least 9 months of experience in a SAP or SCI environment within the last five years
• 3+ years of relevant IT experience in a DoD setting
• Proven experience in supporting an IT Help Desk and delivering customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tailored for a dynamic work environment

• Assist with PCs, hardware, wireless networking, and software installation, testing, configuration, and operations – Maintain documentation for workstations, network access, and systems
• Conduct administration, scheduling, and configuration for Video Teleconference (VTC) systems
• Provide support for network and client accounts, including creation and modification
• Offer multi-tier Help Desk assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Implement upgrades, modifications, and configurations for hardware and software systems
• Set up and support desktop and laptop configurations
• Diagnose and resolve system anomalies
• Prepare systems for operational deployment and assist in testing activities
• Efficiently manage IT workflows and service tickets
