* Lead and support operational planning, program execution, and project delivery across defense and federal portfolios.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve outcomes, and ensure alignment with mission objectives.

* Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, timelines, and performance metrics.

* Engage with stakeholders, manage risk, and deliver results in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

What You Bring:

* Active security clearance (Secret or higher).

* 4+ years of experience in operations, program, or project management within federal or DoD settings.

* Bachelor's degree or higher

* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software is advantageous

* Familiarity with federal acquisition, contracting, or logistics is a plus.

* Ability to work from client's location

* U.S. citizenship required.
